AWAN (AS WE ARE NOW)
AWAN (As We Are Now) is a direct-to-consumer fashion brand creating the next level of loungewear. Made by women for women, we are offering a new dressing experience with pieces to feel free in - no matter the occasion. As an early-stage startup, we have set out to create the future of fashion through a circular and tech-enabled business model. We received our first pre-seed investment from Antler Stockholm in spring 2020 and are now on a journey to grow the brand from 1 to 100. AWAN was founded in Norway late 2018, by serial entrepreneur Anette Miwa Dimmen (CEO). During fall 2019, she met her co-founder in Lisen Follin (COO/CFO), a sustainability professional and former consultant from McKinsey & Company.
