Avulta Contratação Profissional Inclusiva works to illuminate the skills of PCD professionals. We want the differences to be understood and used to take the world to a new evolutionary level. Through the investigation of cognitive abilities for productivity, we overturn the barrier of prejudice that the word "deficiency" has in itself, since we know that no human being is completely skillful or deficient. In fact, we all want to get to know our talents and have them taken advantage of. We connect businesses to candidates with disabilities (PcD) with the support of psychologists specializing in hiring and inclusive professional development.
