Apus was established in September 2008 and is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) in Hong Kong to conduct the regulated activity of asset management for overseas institutional clients and high net worth individuals. Based in Hong Kong, Apus serves as the advisory company to the Cayman domiciled APUS FUND.
