Since 1981, Application Software Products, Inc. has been supplying specialized software for cities, utilities, and other governmental entities located throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. They currently support over 270 accounts. ASP offers seventeen separate software packages with their most popular being the Utility Billing, Budgetary Accounting, and Payroll applications. They can also provide hardware, networking, and on-site repair services for customers who desire a "one stop" solut... ion for all their data processing needs. Early in their history ASP developed software for several lines of business, however they now concentrate on only serving the governmental sector. Their packages are easy to learn for new users, but also provide advanced features for their "power" users. They provide on-site installation assistance, hotline telephone support, on-line updates, and regional training classes. ASP hosts an annual Users Meeting where they learn from their customers the directions that they should pursue with their products and services. In addition, they publish a quarterly newsletter that keeps all of their customers informed on product developments, new releases, class schedules, and User Meeting plans. They pride theirselves on providing quality software at an affordable price, along with the best support in the business.
