ANELLETTI SICILIAN STREET FOOD RESTAURANTS

Anelletti (Sicilian street food) is a completely new restaurant concept based on Italian and mostly Sicilian street food recipes. The project is to establish a new Italian chain that will place itself between a fast casual and a casual dining restaurant servicing tasty and not present on US market food, very fast served and very cheap. This food has been found among the huge amount of street food served in Italy especially in some cities in the South like Palermo or Naples. In Italy differently from any other place in the world each town has a different cuisine and this lets us to choose among a huge number of different recipes. The starting location will be Phoenix, Arizona
