Amnode AB, formerly Albin Metals AB, is the parent company in the Nordic engineering group of the same name. The parent company has been listed on Spotlight (formerly AktieTorget) since 2007 with currently just over 300 shareholders. The group consists of a number of Nordic engineering industries that have been acquired and merged, all with some form of specialized manufacturing expertise and customers in most industries, including engineering companies in the energy, heavy vehicles, logistics, ... fire safety, and plumbing. The engineering industries are within the industrial group AM Stacke Group, of which Amnode owns 89 percent. The group includes the companies SGV Forging in Skultuna AB and Stacke Matssons AB. As well as the well-known and industry-old brands Mattssons Mekaniska AB and Walfridson AB. In total, the group has sales of approximately SEK 90 million (2013).
