The Stamp & Coin Appraisers is a non-profit, 501-3C organization, serving the public now for thirty years.Office hours are 10am - 4pm Pacific Time. APF donates much of its time and material to hospitals and youth groups with a specific emphasis on young children who we hope to interest in the hobby of stamp collecting. American Philatelic Foundation is only non-profit organization in the United States that properly appraises a stamp collection. We encourage you to put your trust with the APF (American Philatelic Foundation). We offer opportunity to have your stamp collection us sell at public auction or private treaty.
