AMERICAN APARTMENT OWNERS ASSOCIATION (AAOA)

In 2004, a team of professional property managers joined together to form the American Apartment Owners Association. Their goal was simple – to provide an online network of resources and benefits for landlords and property managers. Since then, AAOA has steadily grown and is now the largest landlord association in the country with more than 99,500 members nationwide. As Their association has grown, so have our member benefits and resources. They’ve consistently introduced new benefits to membership every year to address the growing needs of the property management community.
