Its first product, Maelstrom, is a remake of the Asteroids arcade game and won a number of software awards. Others include Apeiron, a remake of Centipede; and Swoop, Â game modeled after Galaxian. Ambrosia Software was incorporated in August 1993 and is based in Rochester, New York.
