ALSONS POWER GROUP

Alsons Power Group's power generation plants are presently located on the island of Mindanao, where they are crucial to the development of the island's economy and growing population. In the long run, the company plans to focus more on renewable sources. Currently, there are at least seven additional run-of-river hydroelectric plants in various stages of development. In the pipeline are the 22 MW Siayan (Sindangan) Hydro facility in Zamboanga del Norte and the 42 MW Bago Hydro facility in Negros Occidental - the company's first venture outside of Mindanao.
