ALJAZIRA REIT FUND

Aljazira REIT Fund is a closed-end real estate investment traded fund aims to invest in constructional developed properties that qualified to generate periodic rental income and to distribute at least 90% of fund’s net profits in cash to investors o at least once a year, during the third quarter of each year, after collecting the rental income. The fund will invest basically in AlKhumrah warehouses in Jeddah city. It should be applicable with shariah laws. Contracts with riba interests are not allowed.
