Agathos is a boutique, dynamic, London-based team with a breadth of experience, knowledge and skill in the private equity arena. Agathos has a committed fund and typically invests between £2m-3m with a range of £500,000 up to £5m per transaction (family office relationships allow us to invest more in exceptional cases) into UK SMEs, partnering with management teams to create long term sustainable value. We are focused on investing in UK SMEs across a wide range of sectors. We are value investors and especially enjoy delivering solutions in complex situations, MBO, MBI, stakeholder issues or recapitalisations.
