Founded in 2006 by Fulvio Furbatto, Advice Group first introduced the use of behavioral loyalty marketing in Italy, which is the branch of marketing that consists in the management of behavioral programs aimed at creating valuable relationships with customers. These programs are based on the analysis of large volumes of data converted into clusters, which allow brands to perform real time targeted actions to support sales. In 2008 Advice realized the first digital collection for Lavazza, thus ... introducing a whole new market paradigm. Over the last few years Advice won the prestigious London Loyalty Awards - with Sammontana, UnipolSai, AS Roma and Edison, which won further recognition at the Echo Awards in New York. In 2017 Advice ranked in the FT1000 – the Financial Times' list of Europe's fastest-growing companies. In 2019 and 2021 it was awarded with the Growth Leader Award by the financial newspaper Il Sole24Ore. The group is headquartered in Italy and has business partnerships in the LATAM region and Balkans. Advice employs over 60 people. In May 2021 Advice Group acquired the start-up company Leevia Srl and in July new financial partners Metrika Tech Fund and Club Deal Aegida Investment joined the group.More
