In order to use Active911, your organization must create an account. This is free, and takes 24-48 hours. If you like what you see, you can either remain free or convert to a paid account for extra features. Once the account is created, you'll need to have your dispatch center send alarms to a special kind of email address. Most centers have no problem doing this, and They are happy to assist.
