academa offers a learning and knowledge platform for continuous digital education in public administration powered by the open-source software Open edX. On-demand learning content on relevant public administration topics is made available on the learning platform, which was specially developed to meet the demands of the public workforce. In addition to learning videos produced in the film studio, learners are offered interactive self-learning tasks to deepen their knowledge actively. Various work tools, additional materials, and exchange possibilities between the learners provide a new opportunity for knowledge exchange within public administration.
