3C Capital Partners, a Member of the RAIN Fund Network 3C Capital is an angel investment group headquartered in Northfield, Minnesota. As part of RAIN Source Capital’s RAIN Fund Network, we are able to share prospective deals with the entire network to collectively raise a good portion or all of the capital that a growing company needs. The RAIN Fund Network is a multi-state network of RAIN funds that works with angel investors who are interested in supporting growing companies. RAIN Source Capital helps bring together like-minded angel investors to form individual RAIN funds, like 3C Capital, and then provides these funds with capital, a process for due diligence, legal templates, management support, access to deal flow and other resources.
