THE MUSIC WELL COMMUNITY INTEREST COMPANY
The Music Well has been set up by Liz Butt who is a state registered music therapist and a member of the Health Professions Council. She has been running a Music Therapy service in Rye, East Sussex, since 2004 and has seen the benefit of music for wellbeing. She believes that the community itself is a WELL of musical resources and that by coming together to share musical activities the health of each individual as well as that of the community can benefit. The Music Well has resources of Drum Circle Leaders, Singing Leaders, Music Teachers, Music Therapists and Musicians able to visit the housebound and many more.
