Shining People is a recruitment agency specialising in neurodivergence. The company enables neurodivergent people to find their place in the working market through our online platform. The main point of the company is to look for suitable candidates for the positions and to prepare companies and management to welcome them through training and coaching, and workplace adaptations. Shining People also offers workshops, conferences and speeches to raise awareness by concerned people, experts in the ... field, activists, but also CEOs of neurodivergent friendly companies. Our goal is to bring in talents that feel misunderstood in the workplace. To introduce diamonds into a society that demands to be adapted to it instead of adapting itself to the diversity of the human brain.
