IGNITE Worldwide is a non-profit organization focused on introducing school girls from grades 6-12 to careers in technology. The organization aims to fill deficits in STEM careers (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.) by introducing girl students to these career paths. The organization hosts panel discussions, job shadowing, mentoring and field trips throughout the school year to visit the work places of professional women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) careers.
